Go 6983
Cat. No. KS-330
Structure:
Activity:
Go 6983 is a potent and broad spectrum ATP-competitive protein kinase C inhibitor, with IC50 values of 7, 7, 6, 10 and 60 nM for PKC α, β, γ, δ, ζ respectively. Go 6983 possesses cardioprotective properties and reduces polymorphonuclear leukocyte adherence and infiltration following myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Go 6983 also optimizes naïve human pluripotent stem cell growth, and efficiently promotes the self-renewal of embryonic stem cells (ESCs). RNA sequencing shows that the addition of Go 6983 significantly inhibits the expression of de novo methyltransferases Dnmt3a and Dnmt3b and their regulator Dnmt3l, resulting in global hypomethylation of DNA in mouse ESCs.
