EGF receptor (651-658), myristoylated, also known as epidermal growth factor receptor fragment (651-658), myristoylated, is a substrate for protein kinase C (PKC). EGF receptor (651-658), myristoylated is the conserved sequence RKRTLRRL which includes the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) fragment thr654 PKC phosphorylation site. The addition of the myristoyl group to the N terminal makes EGF receptor (651-658) membrane-permeant.
