MMP2 and MMP9 inhibitor
SB 3CT is a potent, competitive and non-selective MMP2 inhibitor with a Ki of 28 nM which also inhibits MMP9 to a lesser extent (Ki = 400 nM). SB 3CT is active in vivo, neuroprotective and blood-brain barrier permeable.
