α-synuclein by proteasomal degradation. Tat-βsyn-degron
decreases α-synuclein aggregates and microglial activation in an α-synuclein preformed
fibril model of spreading synucleinopathy in transgenic mice overexpressing human
A53T α-synuclein, and reduces α-synuclein levels and significantly
decreases the neuronal damage and motor impairment in a
mouse toxicity model of Parkinsons disease.
