Bradykinin B1 receptor antagonist
R 715 is a potent and selective bradykinin B1 receptor antagonist with a pA2 of 8.49 and no activity at B2 receptors. R 715 is metabolically stable and can reduce mechanical hypernociception in a mouse model of neuropathic pain.
