CGRP antagonist
CGRP (8-37) (human) is a fragment of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and is a selective, competetive antagonist of CGRP receptors. CGRP (8-37) (human) acts as a vasodilator agent which is active in vivo and in vitro and can also block pain and migraine headache in animal models.
