AY-NH2, also known as AYPGKF-NH2, is a selective PAR4 receptor agonist peptide. AY-NH2 stimulates platelet aggregation in vitro with an EC50 of 15 μM and can cause an increase in paw thickness in the paw edema inflammation model.
