Chymotrypsin inhibitor
Z-Phe-CMK, also known as SL-01 and ZPCK, is a chymotrypsin inhibitor. Z-Phe-CMK has been shown to inhibit both peptidase and esterase activities of carboxypeptidase Y from baker's yeast.
